The Future is: Online Property Due Diligence
Today around 95% of property buyers use the internet to conduct property searches. 10 years ago only 1 % were searching using mobile phones compared to 90% now. So there’s been a rapid change in buyer behaviour.
Buyers now expect to be able to find the right property to buy without even physically viewing it.
In most cases, the next step after finding the property is for the buyer to conduct their due diligence on that property to help them make an informed decision as to whether to go ahead and buy - however this is where lots of problems arise, there is often insufficient information causing delays & lost sales.
Clearly there is an untapped opportunity for providing online due diligence giving your online buyers the confidence to proceed in the way they expect.
