Rate My Inspectors is a marketplace with more than 12,000 inspectors offering all types of Property inspection services. There are already more than 40 different types of inspections available for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional property.
So if you need a Building and Pest inspection for a new home we have you covered or if you need a Mould inspection on a School we have that covered too.
Rate My Inspectors gives the ability to rate the inspector and provide a review. When inspectors have collected at least 6 reviews they are eligible to enter the innagural “Rate My Inspectors Awards”.
Anyone can use the service to find and compare the best-rated inspectors in their local area who have the required skills, equipment, insurance, and license. The inspector can display sample reports and inspection agreements to help the client visualise the type of service and report they provide.
Jim’s Building Inspection division has already joined the platform and made its reports available for sale. They offer a range of inspections including but not limited to: Building, Pest, Dilapidation, Invasive, Pre-sale, Safety, end of the lease, before the lease, Handover, Stage, and more.
Jim’s Hazardous Material Removal division is also being added to the platform to provide services such as Mould, Asbestos, Lead, and Meth inspections and reports.
You can search for a property address to see if there is an existing report available. This saves time as the report can be downloaded immediately. Any reports sold through the platform will be issued on an inndox logbook.
