From their attractive inndox dashboard, owners can conveniently add more property files like receipts, quotes, insurance policies, financials, depreciation records, leases etc.

They can also add to their handy contact list for trades, professional advisors, agents etc so that they can access their details whenever they need to from their mobile phones.

Owners can set warranty expiry alerts for their appliances under the relevant manuals such as their air-conditioning units, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machines.

They can share their files with others like their Solicitor or Accountant and have them place important legal documents such as the conveyancing documents and depreciation schedules for quick reference when required at tax time.

Another unique feature is the ability to transfer all those important maintenance measures and property files to the next owner at time of sale.

When selling your property, an owner can share their inndox account with the sales agent. The Selling agent can then share this information with prospective buyers. For example: a buyer would be keen to see evidence of approvals for signifcant improvements at the property prior to making an offer.

If you purchased a brand new property, we recommend that you get an electronic version of the handover files (plans, manuals, specifications, approvals etc) from the Builder and add them to your inndox account.  That way you will always have your property files easily accessible from any device.
